1. General

These terms and conditions apply to Lormar Gift Cards purchased at www.lormar.it.

By purchasing Lormar Girf Cards, or using Lormar Gift Cards (hereinafter "Gift Cards"), you agree to these terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms and Conditions"). Lormar reserves the right to interpret, modify or terminate the Terms and Conditions without notice. The most recent version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available at www.lormar.it.

Lormar Gift Cards can only be used for online purchases at www.lormar.it.

You can purchase Gift Cards in the following denominations: €35, €50, €75 and €100.

The amount of the Gift Card can be used in full in one lump sum or several times until the credit is exhausted. The amount of purchases gradually made will be deducted from the remaining credit on the Gift card. If the purchase is not fully covered by the Lormar Gift Card you can use an additional payment method to complete the purchase. Read more in the Payments section.

Also, you can always check your current balance online at www.lormar.it or by contacting customer service.

The Gift Card does not entitle you to change.

The Gift Card is not named and can be used by anyone who has the code on the Gift Card, which was emailed to the address provided during purchase.

The Gift Card is not reloadable.

2. Payment

Lormar only accepts credit cards and wire transfers for payment of Gift Cards. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase by credit card.

3. Delivery

Your Lormar Gift Card will be sent to the email address provided immediately after you complete your purchase.
It is your obligation to provide a correct e-mail address for delivery of your Lormar Gift Card. If the address you have provided cannot be confirmed, Lormar reserves the right to withhold delivery of Lormar Gift Cards.

4. Validity

The Gift Card is valid for 1 year after purchase. Once the validity period expires, the Gift card can no longer be used to make purchases at www.lormar.it.
The Gift card can be used as long as the card balance is zero.

5. Returns for Gift Card purchases

If you use the online procedure to return items purchased with a Gift Card, the refunded amount will be charged to the Gift Card and can be used for further purchases at www.lormar.it.
Lormar Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for equivalent cash amount.

6. Money Back Guarantee

Like all purchases at www.lormar.it you can return your Gift Card within 14 days of purchase and receive a refund of the full amount paid. The return is valid only if the Gift Card has not been used.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lormar is not responsible for Gift Cards that are lost or stolen after their purchase. Consider your Gift Card as cash.

8. Privacy Policy

Lormar is the responsible party for all data provided on www.lormar.it, the privacy policy clarifies how your data is processed and protected.
