How to shop at www.lormar.it

Do I have to be registered to purchase on the online shop?

To purchase on the Lormar online shop, registration is not required, you can place your order as a guest by entering only the necessary invoice and shipping information.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay by the following methods:

  • Credit card
  • Bank transfer
  • Cash on delivery (service charge: €5.00)

How can I check the status of my order?

If you are registered on the site by logging into your account you can view the list of orders you have placed on www.lormar.it and their status.

When will my order be shipped?

We will prepare the shipment of your order within two business days. In case of payment by bank transfer, the products will be shipped after receiving confirmation of payment.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be processed from the first available business day.

What is the delivery time for the package?

Delivery time by the courier varies from one to three business days depending on the destination.

If I am on vacation, what can I do about package delivery?

You can receive your order even on vacation if you are in Italy, but if you are abroad, you can request delayed shipping by leaving a message when you place your order or by contacting our customer service.

How can I check the status of my shipment?

You will receive an email at the address you provided with the tracking of your package, if you think you have not received it please also check your Spam folder or log into your account or contact our Customer Service.

How can I change the size or color of the product I received?

If you received the wrong product, ordered the wrong size, or are not satisfied with the item you can return the product directly online from your account or by contacting our Customer Service Department.

Can I make a return online even if I am not registered with the site?

If you are not registered to the site and would like to return a product you have received please contact our Customer Service Department.

I am registered on the site, what do I need to do to make a return?

To make a return log in to your account and select the order that contains the product you want to return. Select the RMA item in the upper right hand corner, select the product you wish to return and fill in the fields that are requested. You can return only new, unworn products. You will have the choice of exchanging the product for another or requesting a refund. If you encounter difficulties in making the return online please contact our Customer Service Department.

How to purchase or use a Lormar Gift Card

What is a Gift Card?

A Lormar Gift Card consists of a discount code of a predetermined amount that allows you to make purchases at www.lormar.it.

How does the Gift Card work?

You can buy the Gift Card directly on our online shop, once the payment is completed the gift card will be sent to the e-mail address you indicated during purchase.

Can I buy the Gift Card for myself?

Certainly, you will need to enter your e-mail address in the Gift Card recipient field.

What does the person to whom I give the Gift Card receive?

The gift recipient will receive an e-mail to the address provided with a Gift Card ID code inside, which will allow them to receive the discount equal to the Gift Card denomination for purchases made at www.lormar.it. You will be able to enter a message in the appropriate field that will be included in the e-mail received by the recipient of the Gift Card.

Can I send the Gift Card on a different day than the day of purchase?

Sure, during the purchase process you will be able to set the date and time when the email containing the Gift Card should be sent.

Does the Gift Card amount have to be spent on a single purchase?

No, you can use the Gift Card for multiple purchases on www.lormar.it, as long as you have not exceeded the amount of the Gift Card itself.

Can I also use the Gift Card on products on promotion or sale?

Sure, the Gift Card is valid for the purchase of all products in the Lormar online shop.

Can I use the discount codes I have if I am paying with the Gift Card?

Yes you can use discount codes even if you are using the Gift Card as a payment method.

How long is the Gift Card valid for?

The Lormar Gift Card is valid for 365 days, 3 days before it expires we will send you an email to remind you to use the remaining credit.

Who can use the Gift Card?

Anyone in possession of the Gift Card code can use it to make purchases at www.lormar.it
