The product you ordered is not the right size? Is the model you received not as you expected?

No problem! You have up to 14 days from receiving your order at your home to change your mind.

Lormar allows returns on all its products, all you have to do is request it online or by contacting our Customer Service.

You can choose whether to exchange the product with another sold on our online shop, requesting the issuance of a voucher to be used for future purchases or the refund of the money directly to your current account or credit card.

If you have benefited from free shipping for exceeding the spending threshold and return products for an amount that would make you lose this right, the transport costs will be deducted from the value of the voucher that will be issued to you or from the refund that will be made to you.

In the event that you return everything purchased, the shipping costs will not be added to the voucher that will be issued to you or not refunded if you opt for the return of the money.

HOW TO RETURN ONLINE If you are registered on the site, you can request the return of a product that you received directly from your online account, quickly and easily.

- Log in to your account.

- Select the order that contains the product you want to return.

- Select the RMA item from the top menu.

- Follow the instructions and complete the required fields.

- When the request is received by our system, you will be contacted by our Customer Service, to arrange the collection of the goods by the courier.
