The product you ordered isn't quite the right size? The style you received isn't what you expected? No problem.
How it works
You have 14 days to change your mind
You have up to 14 days from the day your order is delivered to your home to change your mind. Lormar accepts returns on all its products: simply request one online or contact our Customer Service.
You can choose from three options:
If you benefited from free shipping by exceeding the required spending threshold, and you return products for an amount that would make you lose this benefit, the shipping costs will be deducted from the value of the voucher issued or from the refund made.
If you return everything you purchased, the shipping costs will not be added to the voucher issued, nor refunded should you opt for a cash refund.
Online return
How to make an online return
If you're registered on the website, you can request the return of a product you received directly from your online account, quickly and easily.
- Log in to your account.
- Select the order that contains the product you want to return.
- Select "RMA" from the menu at the top.
- Follow the instructions and fill in the required fields.
- Once your request is received by our system, our Customer Service will contact you to arrange collection of the goods by the courier.
