Dear Data Subject, LORMAR S.r.l. has great respect for Users' privacy. Any data communicated by the User through the Website will be handled with the utmost care and with all the tools suited to guaranteeing its security, in full compliance with the applicable regulations protecting data confidentiality.

We wish to inform you that the "European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data, and on the free movement of such data" (hereinafter "GDPR") establishes the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data as a fundamental right. Pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR, we therefore inform you that:

A Categories of data

The subject matter of processing may include your personal data such as:

a. Data collected automatically. The computer systems and software applications used to run this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain data (whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols) that may potentially be associated with identifiable users. The data collected includes the IP addresses and domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the operating system, browser and computer environment used by the user, the name of the internet service provider (ISP), date and time of the visit, the referring web page (referral) and the exit page.

b. Data voluntarily provided by the user. The voluntary and explicit sending of e-mail to the addresses indicated on the various access channels of this website does not require a request for consent and entails the acquisition of the sender's address and data, necessary to reply to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. Such data is understood to be voluntarily provided by the user at the time the service is requested. By entering a comment or other information, the user expressly accepts this privacy notice, and in particular consents to the content entered being freely disseminated, including to third parties. Conversely, specific summary notices will be shown or displayed on the pages of the website set up for particular services requested via forms. The user must therefore explicitly consent to the use of the data provided in these forms in order to submit the request.

c. Cookies. The website uses cookies. The data collected through cookies may be used to access certain parts of the website, for statistical purposes, or to make the browsing experience more pleasant and efficient in future, by seeking to assess users' behaviour and adapt the content offered based on that behaviour. Further information is available in a dedicated cookie policy.

d. Plug-ins. The website also incorporates plug-ins and/or buttons for social networks, in order to allow easy sharing of content on your favourite social networks. These plug-ins are programmed so as not to set any cookie when the page is accessed, in order to protect users' privacy. Cookies may be set, where provided for by the social networks, only when the user makes actual, voluntary use of the plug-in. Please note that if you browse while logged in to the social network, you have already consented to the use of cookies conveyed through this website at the time you registered with the social network. The collection and use of information obtained through the plug-in are governed by the respective privacy notices of the social networks, to which you are kindly requested to refer.
